- כּוּתָּחm. (Pers. kataḫ, v. Perl. Et. St. p. 85, note; Fl. to Levy Talm. Dict. II, p. 459b>) a preserve consisting of sour milk, bread-crusts and salt. Pes.III, 1 כ׳ הבבלי the Babylonian k., described ib. 42a, v. אוּמָא a. נַסְיוּבֵי.
